    Just hope I don't need to ever use it but I always purchase a warranty as a back up just incase.

    Having this warranty gives me great peace of mind. Fortunately, I have not had to use it. I have had other warranties from Best Buy and live up to their word.

    Got this as protection for an OLED. Wish there was a bit of protection for moving. Otherwise IF I need to use it, it's there.

    In haven't used them but my mothers roku tv busted and due to the damage was internal the warranty was no good. I wish I didn't purchase this but in didnt find out until three weeks after purchase when her tv messed up.
