    I like the geek SFSU’s warranties because if any of my electronics break they replace them! It’s that simple!

    I really can’t rate them for this product seeing as how I haven’t really utilize the geek squad service for this purchase. However I have had dealings with the geek squad with other purchases so I rated them a 4

    If I did not purchase this, I would of had to buy a new tv at $500-$700. This really came in clutch

    This mount is a little loose, had to tighten around the swivels with Allen wrench (which comes in kit) to make it more stable. Its the hand swivel for the tilt on the TV itself that could be better. Overall good.

    The protection plan makes it easy not to worry about a faulty product for a long time. Good price for the peace of mind, too. Hopefully we won't need to use this.
