Live this tv. I have no problem with the sound like others have and I'm 65. I love being able to watch Amazon Prime on the tv and how easy it was to hook up to my WiFi etc. Picture is great and you can't beat the price

Warranty replaced my LG standard 55” TV after 3 years with a full upgrade LG HD Smart TV for no charge other than a new warranty on new tv.

Geek squad is on the job,nothing like having the squad on board

Hopefully won't need to use it, but have used Geek Squad protection in the past and it has worked out fine.

I haven't had to use the Feel Squad for my purchase so I'm not sure if I will be happy with my purchase.

I can relax and not worry knowing that Best Buy will handle any problems with my tv for the next five years!!

I have ALWAYS gotten the protection plan for our products and for the few times it was used, was totally worth it! I would highly recommend the Geek Protection plan for most items that have it offered.
