I had an issue with A TV I had for only 1yr It had sound but the screen was Black,The Geek Squad was awesome They made sure they had found out Why A s What was wrong with it,Come to find out my TV Was no good and becauae I.Had the Geek Squad Protection Plan I got a brand new TV 1 wk before Christmas

Bought my TV on sale and got the 5 year warranty. Had the mainboard go bad on the TV and even though I bought the TV on sale, they gave me the original price of the TV so I could get another one. I told them what TV I wanted paid the difference and got another 5 year warranty. They brought the TV to my house and took the old broken one with no addition fees. The warranty is definately worth it.

Generally, I never buy warranties. I am glad I did one time way back in 2016. My huge and great (for the time) Samsung 65 inch S-UHD developed a white spot on the screen last month. One phone call of maybe 30 minutes and I had my return authorization code. Finally got around to taking it back to the store yesterday and it was a seamless process. Thank you to the manager and crew at Best Buy store # 1120 (Charleston, SC) and to the phone team at Geek Squad.

It's a very nice QLED TV at the price you really can't go wrong, plus 1000 nits is nothing to sneeze at, would purchase another TCL in a heartbeat. Best Buy was quick to deliver and fast shipping A+

Set up my TV and downloaded all apps! I am very very happy with the services that the geek squad provided!

Bought this TV May have been an open box and resealed That I took home hung up and when you powered it on that's when you notice there was a broken screen they replaced it technically immediately but I had to wait for a TV because they didn't have anything in stock

Bought 4 yr. protection in 2011 Samsung noticed a dark spot on TV. out of factory warranty. But had Geek Squad Protection called up and was able to talk to tech over phone. Got a full Best Buy gift card for what I paid for the TV. Also Best Buy store was very helpful in finding a new TV. Still believe in Samsung but bought protection again.

It's a good TV it was a lil hard to understand at first but it's good does what it's supposed to do picture clarity is good. Of course some older movies not bad neither I would recommend. My only complaint is I'm still trying to figure out how to or if it has a browser search like my Samsung tv. That's my only complaint over all good t.v

I have only had one experience with the Geek Squad and was treated very well.

I am in the process of seeing how to get the coverage of my protection plan. My TV won't turn on so I need a new one. I will update when I get the help I need.

Hopefully we wint need the 5 year warranty. It is nice peace of mind to have.

Purchased Geek squad when I bought my TV. Haven’t had to use it yet.

You would never know this wasn't a 4K tv. The picture is so crisp and sharp, the image seems to jump out at you. What a prefect and inexpensive way to add a TV to our cottage. I've owned this for close to 2 years now, with a glitch. Add a streaming device to it, and you have a smart TV. Buy one. You'll love it.

It's nice to have the protection in case I need it.

The delivery guys were awesome! Having it shipped far out here was much better than driving 60+ miles roundtrip for a cheaper TV. I love it! Thanks BB!

Initially had shifting shades of color and lacked smoothness with choppy motion in movies. A few simple internet searches and community solutions to these issues and adjustments seemed to resolve these issues and I am very satisfied with this tv. I would hope for a smoother experience straight out of the box however. Seems to be a tech overkill with certain settings causing more issues than they solve.

I recommend to anyone who makes a high dollar purchase like a television or something like that to purchase this protection. It will save you from a lot of headache down the way and I can speak from experience because I had a brand new LCD go out after only a couple of months. Instead of the headache of having to deal with the manufacture warranty and sending it back, Best buy just replaced it. If anything goes wrong, this protection will cover your investment and I have had no problems with the Geek Squad in assisting me with any troubles I had with my products yet.

This TV rocks. Read many reviews and they were spot on. My sharp Aquos from2012 died. The U7k is night and day better. Switched video mode to vivid and looks incredible saved a lot of money not buying a Samsung and highly recommend the U7k. Sports are awesome on this TV.

Great if u have the extra money to spend just in case an accident happens
