My samsung tu8000 stop working after two in a half years so happy i got this 5 year protection plan. Returned the broke tv and they let me pick out another tv of the same value.

Love the fact that I can get it fixed. My other tv had a black shadow do if it happens to this one...i kno geek squad got me!

Bought a tv with the extended warranty. A yeast later, the TV had an issue ans instaad of fixed, we opted for the gift card and we upgraded.

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

Get the 5 Year warranty because Best buy back's it up 100 percent any problems get a new one or a different one for the same price.....

For the small price, it is a very worthwhile investment. We've use it on other items, and never had a problem. Hope we never need it, but if we do....

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

So worth it. Not very expensive and so fabulous when you need it. I’ve popped in for the Geek Squad to answer questions, give me explanations for things that didn’t make sense, help me install programs then understand the nuances, they have run checks as often as I thought my computer was compromised. So helpful, will always have a Geek Squad plan!

Vizio failed after 4yrs unfortunately. Thankfully the warranty helped me out by getting store credit for my tv so not all is lost. Happy with the service!

Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.
