I like the idea of in-home service. It would be a pain to dismount from wall to bring it in for service.

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

So we haven't had to use this yet thankfully but the peace of mind makes us very happy.

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

It gives me a peace of mind to know I have protection for my electronics. They are pretty easy to work with too

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

This TV has been excellent and has fit all my needs. Sometimes the TV doesn't show up in other devices to be able to cast to. The Google Home app had trouble connecting to my TV.

They installed a bracket and mounted my TV. They connected to all my devices and even programed my Harmony remote.
