Definitely worth it to purchase this for peace of mind especially given that the customer service is so top notch.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

the squad were able to replace my tv without issue. the squad removed the old tv, hooked up the new tv, and connected all of the other devices. very satisfied.

A must to have a good warranty/service program on your electronics. I highly recommend any of them.

Geek Squad has always been quick and very efficient with my inquires and repairs.

Just went with the two year plan mainly because sets usually fail in the first year or so, so gambling that it will last trouble free after all it's a Sony! Haven't used the protection plan and hope i don't have to, so no comment on how good it is yet.

Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.
