I purchased and floor model TV, and was able to already use this protect to get a new main frame on my TV. Totally worth the extra money to have the coverage from Geek Squad.

I always get this protection for purchases over $100. It's saved me a few times from having to purchase a new TV, which tend to last about 3-4 years, nowadays.

I haven’t had to use them yet. I hope I don’t have to. I feel it’s better to have them available and not need them, than to need them and not have them at my availability.

Have not had to use the protection plan yet. But what I understand that these OLED TVs can be very pricey to fix and if anything were to arise it sis best to have something backing you up and for five years the cost is minimal!

I figured the extra protection and coverage was worth the cost when I figured the benefits involved. Even a trip to the house is expensive, but covered with this service.

Since this is our very first time purchasing a flat screen TV, I was a little worried about the possibility of future repairs. We are on a tight budget and could not afford costly repairs! I purchased this protection with the above Samsung TV and wall mount. The previous TV had problems after purchased and was finally replaced with a new Samsung TV with the protections.

I started buying the extended warranties when the prices got closer to my 15% of product cost rule of thumb. 10% would be the best, but these are close.

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

Great peace of mind for a reasonable & fair price but hope I don’t need to use it.
