Just bought a new Hisense TV and it’s nice to know if any issues arise I’ll be safe for the next 5 years. Peace of mind is definitely worth the extra cost

I always purchase the protection plan on larger items like electronics and appliances and they have been well worth it. No problems on getting them fixed.

I haven't used it yet so I don't know yet. but i'm worried our Best Buy closed so I worry about when i need it.

The Geek Squad protection is the very best! I have called them a couple of times and they were able to assist me professionally and they had the utmost respect for me as a customer! I will always have this protection!!!

Haven't had to use it yet but seemed like a good value. I did actually hear good things about them and it doesn't hurt to have extended warranty.

Have never needed to use it. BUT... It's better to Have one and not need it, than to Not have one when you do need it. Always opt for a good warranty or service product

I had the opportunity to buy a bigger 4K at HH Gregg for less, but their extended warranty seemed sketchy. It was also $150 more for their warranty. The TV was less but with the extended warranty, it was a higher total cost.

After having the protection plan on a few other purchases I had to have it on the TV. Protection plan makes everything right if you have a problem.

I have always loved and trusted the Geek Squad for all my computer problems. I can always ask questions on line, phone or chat. I don't know what I would do without them. KUDOS to the whole team. Thank You!!! :)

I think that this was a good purchase and will pay for itself over the life of the agreement. I would suggest that others consider this purchase for big tag items.

This Geek squad Protection plan was to cover a replacement for my 3 year old Plasma that developed problems. Normally i don't get extended warranties; but in case of today's high end TVs ;I think it is a good investment.
