The sound and quality exceed my expectations the sound and image quality is great and is the perfect size the only issue is the remote stop working

Although at this time I have never had to use my Geek Squad warranty protection plan but it is nice to know that I have it in case I need repair or replacement of my equipment.

This is a good service that I initially purchased in 2015 when I bought a MacBook. I purchased in 2018 when I bought a Samsung smart TV, I haven’t had to use it yet. But it’s like with any other warranty or “insurance” it’s a hypothetical if something goes wrong.

Don’t waste your money get that warranty it is important in the future. Just like insurance better to have then not. Greatest investment that I have made in my life

Great plan for an item that might need it and not expensive at all

I always get a protection plan when getting a tv. In the past I had experience minor issues with my TV after time and the protection plan covers me, even if they cannot fix it, they will give the value in gift card to get a new one.

Gives me peace of mind once the warranty expires or if you’d rather have Best Buy deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. It’s better to buy the 3 year warranty for value

5 year protection plan? Duh. If you're going to invest a lot of money into a TV (by my measure) be safe. Best Buy has already replaced one of my TVs that could not be fixed. They stand behind their protection plans.

I always purchase a warranty on my products that are over 100.00. I would rather be safe than sorry. Sometimes Things break and sometimes they last a long time you never know.

I always have geek squad on all my devices. When something stops working I can turn it in for a new one.

What I do not like about the warranty is that once you use it, you no longer have the warranty in effect. For example, I bought a 3 year warranty on a microwave. It died in 18 months. That's it! Warranty over. I paid for 3 years for the remaining 18 months was non transferable.
