They know their stuff! I don’t care for having to make an appointment especially since it’s too far away but I understand during Covid 19days, it’s necessary.

Ended up with a television upgrade. Frustrated customer (because of previous TV) turned happy and satisfied customer.

When I got it home was easy to set up. great picture quality and good features. I love that it is a smart TV apps built into the TV.
