Always good to have have not to use yet. Years ago I had their protection with a smart TV, when things went wrong I got the tv replaced no hassles These aGeeks are pretty cool.

A protection plan is great if you're overly cautious and almost a must if you have children. Would highly recommend for purchases over $100, especially if they have a lot of moving parts.

Reasonable price for a long warranty. It's only $10 more to go from the 2-year warranty to a 5-year warranty.

Geek Squad Came Through with the Factory Warranty did not!

This has saved me a lot of money over the years. I have had this for several years.

We got the 5 year warranty and it’s the best our previously purchased Sony kept freezing and they came out 8 times replaced everything and finally gave us a full refund! We were able to get a new tv and so far it’s been great!

I love my fire tv i get all my channels plus my subscription channels are also on there.

We have had Geek Squad for quite a few years now and they do very good work. If they can fix it they will. And if they can't fix it they will tell you that also. We took in an old computer and they told us they couldn't fix it. That's the way it should be. It's worth the money you spend for it.

I always take it an extended warranty because I have found out that it pays off in the end and besides, I want to make sure I'm protected. Best Buy's warranty is a very good warranty, that's why I have no problem in paying for it, even if I don't use it, I do have a piece of mind during those 5 years since the manufacturer warranties are usually only 1 year. Just being able to take it to Best Buy, rather then sending it off, makes it even better.

Fast help and great customer service. Helped me to get a replacement fast and easy.

I'd definitely recommend Geek Squad for all of your electronic purchases because it gives you a peace-of-mind and you know Best Buy ain't going nowhere so they'll be here for the long haul!

So worth it. This was on my parents old TV I bought them. TV was about 4 year old and started getting dark spots. Geek squad had me send pictures and approved replacement. They came out and delivered the new TV and removed the old. Would always suggest either the individual plan or the plan that covers all purchases, both are a good value

Always amazing to have geek squad there & have my back when something needs a repair

Purchased for a client to add protection at the time as I was unaware of the model. I was just a little more piece of mind at the time of purchase. Well, almost 2 years later, the client returns from a long trip to discover the center of the screen was darkened. Forgetting I had the coverage until i looked up the info to find a similar size (vesa mount was an issue), and discovered i had purchased the protection. A few calls later, it was determined that repair wasn't feasible and replacement for a current model of similar price and size would be initiated. The process went smoothly, they delivered the new set and even took down the mounted set, which was another surprise because I was under the impression i was going to have to do that, but they beat me to it. Overall, very happy I added it to the purchase, the client is very happy as well as they were thinking they were going to have to buy another. Smiles all around!
