I highly recommend having service contract things can happen

This is a great tv and I love that it has all of the Apps.

Love Geek Squad, whether I bring it into the store, I call for advise or they come to my home they are always great to work with.

Greek squad assembled the tv stand and the tv. Very professional and kind. Answered questions I had about how everything worked

It was cheap so i bought it! Haven't had to actually use it yet.

I purchased this warranty to protect my investments in a new tv. It just helps me sleep better at night knowing I’m covered in the event that something goes wrong.

I am pleased with all my purchases to date and the installation. however i was Not able to complete my kitchen purchases due to out of stock item's. Those that i did purchase took 3 months. Meanwhile my Total tech time has already started. This is disappointing. Especially when one item was not even installed because if damage at the factory and no one has contacted me with an update on when they will get one to schedule install. I called Total tech with no answers. Frustrating....

not sure how to rate something I haven't had to use.but I guess 5 years is nice, it's still way overpriced

Purchased as added security protection. So far have been impressed with protection plans.

I have never had a problem with the Best Buy team in fact that is why I always buy my TVs from them

It was good while I had it. Unfortunately my laptop only had issues after it expired.

I can not recommend Geek Squad enough. So many electronic devices fail and geek squad is always helpful.

I haven’t had to use them due to the fact that the products I purchased are well-made good quality money well spent

As mentioned before you should always purchase a 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. It just makes good sense. Case-In-Point.

I have not had to use this yet but think it is well worth the peice just for the peace of mind I get knowing it is there.

Geek Squad is very knowledgeable and Skillful at all the things they do when it comes to installing things in your house.

The geek Squad agent connected all my tvs and my wife love it.
