I always purchase this when buying a new audio video receiver... Saves a lot of hassle having to box and ship for warranty!

The price was reasonable for everything that comes with the protection plan. You never know when you might need help with different issues including viruses.

I always get the this from Best Buy. They are real good about replacing or fixing your products with their warranty.

This is a no brainer get it if you have a new smart TV. I got it with my 65" fire TV. For the price was perfect for 5 years.

I've used my Geek Squad protection several items-I have kids- and it's well worth the price knowing I'm covered from mishaps.

Seems like a fairly decent value on a higher end TV which is what I purchased.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

Warranties at Best Buy are the best. They are so easy to get things fixed or replaced. A lot better then others out there.

My dealings with the Geek Squad Sservices has been nothing but stelar. What some tend to forget it is ONLY for 2 years and after that, you're on your own.

Haven’t had to use the Geek Squad service as of yet. But hoping it is as reliable as the amount I paid for it.

I buy these every time. Rarely use them but have twice over the years and Brst Buy replaced them without question
