Could not get anymore perfect! Top notch service fast and responsive!

I gave 4 stars because i wont know how good it is until i have to use it. Has not been used.

I always buy Geek Squad Protection. Have used it in the past with excellent customer service.

I love Best Buys warranties. I get them on anythung incan that I order from there especially electronics.

You got to get the geek squad protection plan if not you’ll be paying so much to get your phone fixed

Purchased this service at Best Buy for my computer. Agents installed it and serviced my computer at the same time. Would do again.

Great protection for the money. Don’t have to worry about going through the manufacture on any warranty glams. Plus it covers just about everything except abuse.

Although I have not had to use this yet....and hopefully not ever, I was kinda disappointed at purchase time. I expected some papers describing where and who to contact - at least an email. If I ever have to use it, I will need to chase down the paperwork. Overall did not get a warm-fuzzy on this service.

We have geek squad protection for everything we have purchased from Best Buy. When an issue has come up they are great with helping out to the fullest extent. If there isn't a fix they are quick to do what's necessary to resolve any issues.

Great Service. This a no-brainer! Discounts on TV installation and set up. Fixed computers and all devices.

I view this as I do auto and homeowners insurance. It is a must for electronics. I have had to use on a different product on the past and it was fairly simple.
