Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

Happy that the insurance was an option. It best to have it just in case something happens but praying nothing does

We had some kind of error message and I called Geek Squad and they came out, repaired it free of charge and showed me how to do what they did in the future.

I have had several extened warranties for tvs from Best Buy. I had one tv stop working just a few days after the manufacturers warranty expired. Best Buy replaced it.

Peace of mind is worth every penny!!!!! Especially with big investments that you plan to have for a long time!!!!!
