Only supports hardware issues. Useless when I encountered software problems caused by ASUS. There is no reason Geek Squad would need additional charges for software problems outside of a money grab.

Best coverage for electronics. Never have to worry if something goes wrong. It either gets repaired or replaced.

Haven't had to use it yet and hopefully won't but it provides great piece of mind on an expensive purchase.

bought with LG OLED CX 55" TV. Have not had to use it but purchased it because my older LG B6P 55" TV had burn-in and had to get the panel replaced. I had warranty through Amazon which was useless but luckily for me LG covered it under warranty because it was under 3 years from purchase date. Did not want to take the gamble this time around so purchased Best Buy's warranty which will replace the TV if they cant fix.

Love having a 5 year Geek Squad Protection on my television so if something goes wrong I am protected.

2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan is a peace of mind to have when purchasing electronic devices.

Paid off big.. Bought a really expensive TV so figured we would get a warranty. With in a year we had the TV go out.. They came out and fixed it no charge.

Have not had a problem with this service make sure you get that coverage

Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Have used them always amd will never not get it.
