I have quite a few 5-year warranties I'm so far I will say that they have done me pretty good. My LG C1 had issues they came and fixed it no problem. I also have it for my 65-inch LG C3 and an 48-Inch LG B4. I hope to not have to use it and I hope that if I do have to but I won't have any problems. So as for now it's a four-star rating

Get this when you buy! We've had our tv for awhile now, remote stopped working (the dog maaaay have chewed on it) and boom, they're giving us a free remote. Also, since our tv is over a certain size, if anything goes wrong with it, they'll come to our house to fix!

The process was worth it to protect my smart TV and the agents from the store helped me through it

I already used this on my new TV because of stuck pixels. I didn't want to have to take the tv back for an exchange, so i called geek squad and they fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes!

It was the best purchase I’ve ever had on a product. I had some problems with the television and they had a tech out right away to take a look at it.

While warranties themselves are a total cash grab by every company ever, when buying a brand new TV thats $1000+, you'll thank yourself for getting this warranty. I got a 5 year warranty on my 65 LG CX. It covers burn in and will replace the device if anything goes wrong until 2025. Even if nothing goes wrong, that piece of mind is worth it for a $2000 television. No other warranty on the market covers burn in for OLED tvs. And I wouldnt buy a single year play let alone a 5 year plan from anywhere else.

Customer service is absolutely horrible, especially when combined with best buy customer service. I purchased protection plan on a tv from best buy, said tv stopped working. I have been waiting on a replacement tv going on 3 months now, everytime they schedual an appointment to bring a tv and I change my daily plan to accommodate it they send a text telling me I have to reschedule. That in itself takes 20 to 30 minutes. My customer satisfaction with geek squad AND best buy is ZERO. I will not ever purchase anything from either again.

I have purchased 3 TV through Best Buy and no longer need Geek Squad to mount or hook up my Items They are very good at hooking up or fixing your Products and with the price of the Geek squad Service I am purchaseing any product that saves me Lots of money

I usually do not add any service protection to products I buy. This time I did. Best Buy offered a 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection: for $89.99. This seems very reasonable if anything should go wrong with my television once the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

I only gave it five stars because I didn't want to give it a bad mark. We can't know how well Geek Squad is until we have a problem. So what else is there to say? Why would you ask about your Geek Squad service on a product we just bought? Expecting us to have to use it? Rating the Geek Squad at this point doesn't mean a thing.

The geek squad certainly lives up to their name. They were on time did the work very professionally and quickly. First time using them, will do so again

Worth every penny. The Geek Squad folks are great at diagnosing the problem and walking you through fixing it either through online chat or by phone. If you have to take the item in for repair, they offer convenient appointments.

Its well worth it. Bought as a Christmas gift for my gandkids

Haven't had to use it yet, however I have never had an issue with using warrany services with Bedt Buy!!
