It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

I always get a 2 year or 3 year protection plan with anything buy from Best Buy. Although we already have the my Best Buy protection plan

I've used geek squad warrenty in the past and they do honor there warranty and this plan is price great for product i purchase.

This protection plan is priceless to me because it allows me to enjoy my television. I don’t have to worry about if it will die on me like my Samsung did after 4 yrs. I will never buy Samsung again because their quality control on screens and laptops has gone way down. They are in such a rush to bring products to the market, they aren’t testing them properly. This plan will probably never get any use because my Hisense Tv seems to be working as should, but ya never really know. And that’s the great part of it because if it does act up - I’m covered for full five years.

I always get the warranty package!!! Highly recommend! I had my previous TV from Best Buy and it went out after only 18 months. Best Buy replaced it and reinstalled the new one at NO Charge!
