Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

Customer service has been nothing but the best! They have been quick and helped by answering all of my questions.

This saved me money in the end and unlike a lot of insurance it was used at point of purchase which made the transaction simple.

Agent handled an exchange with great expertise. Agent Smith was very patient with me and provided options with detailed explanations for my exchange TV.

I bought the 5 year Geek Squad protection for my previous Hisense TV that stopped working about 2 years later. It wasn't cost effective to fix it so they replaced it with another Hisense TV which I also bought another 5 year protection. I am so happy I had protection!

I've had two Samsung flat screens die at the 4 year mark. I had the 5 year warranty on the, First time it only cost me around $100 for a replacement. This time I switched to Sony and it cost me a couple hundred over the warranty refund. So I purchased the the 5 yr warranty on the Sony.

Have not had to use yet, but Best Buy sells warranty based on sale price, not original price , so it is an INCREDIBLE value. If you buy your item on sale, open box, or Clearance, don't hesitate to make the investment in the warranty. My TV was on sale for $399 from $749 and warranty was probably of what it would have been if not onsale.

I have always found the geek squad protection to be worth every penny. The sales people have always been courteous and accomodating!

For electronics and appliances, I always get as much protection as is offered. It pays off!

The technicians are the best. they are very courteous, informative, and professional.

When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

I have not use it and I hope I wont use it but I read that they are great.

Gsp is a must for all my products from best buy. I dont really recommend totaltech if you don’t need computer help. But if you are a frequent buyer i recommend just purchasing the geeksquad protection plan on your items. If you purchase totaltech youll be paying more for the membership every year than the plan outright for each item.

The first tv i got was cracked in the box so i returned it and was able to get a new one. Thanks!

The Geek Squad agent was very polite and helpful!! He corrected the issue with my Samsung Smart Tv very quickly the agent was very friendly and really was most qualified geek Squad member I have ever had the pleasure of being serviced by this knowledgeable and very professional person

It's insurance. Something you gamble on, not knowing and hoping you will ever need it. But if you do, my TV is covered completely for five years!
