I would never buy a product from Best Buy without their geek squad protection. I had a light blow out on an older tv & they had me with a new tv the same day in store. You can’t beat that kind of customer service.

I always a good idea to get this protection. Just take the product backband they replace it with no questions asked.

Great tv hidden feajtures that are free, great high resolution and the size is just perfect for a room Would highly advise you to get it

I bought this because the price was so good, and I have had Geek Squad protection plans before. Have not had to use it yet, but its there just in case.

TV quit after a few days. They brought out a new one and set it up for us. We bought the tv to replace one that was less than 3years old that had quit. It was a different brand and we had not purchased the extended warranty. Great piece of mind and we were real pleased with the knowledge of the Geek Squad.

These plans are a great value for protection against burn-in on OLED TVs. Only $160 for 5 year protection on LG C2 42. Highly recommend. I owned a CX for 3 years and had no burn in (gave that one to my sibling now), but always great to have the peace of mind. Better safe than sorry!

Through the years I have purchased numerous extended warranties. Some I never got to use or test. Of Those that I have had the experience of using, most have been disappointing for several reasons. However, for the added cost, Best Buy's Geek Squad's Protection has never disappointed. In fact, I have had several occasions to have to use the Protection Plan's I have purchased and never been disappointed and in fact, the results have surprised me at how great the coverage is. If you get anything from Best Buy that has a extended Protection Plan, I recommend it whole heartedly!

So far my tv and the service provided has been pretty good

This is one of the Absolute BEST TVs that I have ever owned and the amount of free channels from Samsung show me that I do not need cable TV and that my Apps like Prime, YouTube, etc. The sound and picture clarity of this Samsung is wonderful and the only thing that I could say is that if they added a built-in sound bar option would be amazing.

I got the service because you never know. Glad my 85” tv will be working properly regardless with this service

Most protection plans are a waste of money but this plan is money well spent. After 3 years my OLED tv’s picture went bad and Geek Squad replaced it with a brand new top of the line tv. I am extremely happy and I highly recommend this protection plan to everyone with a high end tv.

Once again always get it. if you can afford something from best buy then dont cheap out on protection for those products. VERY IMPORTANT

I have used geek squad in the past but it’s nice to know I have them to help set up my devices. I would definitely recommend them I really think it’s a great service!
