Good price for open box. Nice 42" fire TV. Using it in our RV when traveling. Picture quality is very good and size is not to big for small space.

Awesome extended TWO Year warranty. Love the Geek Squad warranties. Because typically if something goes wrong during the warranty BestBuy will just swap it for a new unit versus wasting time waiting for a repair! Well worth the warranty for peace of mind!

Very easy to communicate with when I had questions regarding a tv I purchased a few years ago. They were nice and friendly and offered me good advice when trying to figure out how to expand my tv’s storage.

Peace of mind in case a product becomes a lemon. Anything man made eventually crumbles. Protection plan are a must. Helps save money when you need to get a replacement or fix on an expensive product.

I was helped quickly and efficiently! This is why I always go to best buy for all of my electronic needs.

It's cheaper than most 5-year warranties on the market. I hope I never have to use it so I can't tell you how efficient and good the company will be. But I had a problem with Best buy once before and they fixed it as best as they could. Problem was delivered the wrong TV and they couldn't fix it until the deliverer said it was delivered which took them days.

I urge everyone to consider an extended warranty thru Geek Squad. I recently had to make a claim on my 60" and since they didn't make my particular model any longer, they replaced it with a 65" yaaaa!

Had purchased a sumsung tv from another retailer strike 1, tv had a problem so contacted their their warranty department with no resolve Strike 2, was treated very poorly Strike 3 !!! Have learned my lesson now and will only purchase my quality items from Best Buy and their warranty group…

Did not need a full service install, but prompt and curtious service on time and they called ahead. Good service.

Haven't used the warranty yet but have used Geek Squad before. They are professional and take time to explain features of new TV's

The agent that delivered was great! Set everything up where we wanted it with great care and hooked it all up. He made sure everything was working, gave us some instructions and we were set to go. Thanks Geek Squad,

I like to protect my larger purchase so this item was a good cost and length of time to cover the new TV

I've used Geek Squad in the past. It's good to have when the manufacturer's warranty expires.

The Staff of Geek Squard are the best...Phil always greets me with a Welcoming Smile. His expertise is always astonishing to always helps me figure it out. I have had the geek squad come to my house on several occasions with different items over the years. And they are just great.

Exellent! So glad I did this. Pros fast, came out and diagnosed within a week, replaced my tv great customer service stateside. WELL worth the cost. Cons call center transferred overseas dropped calls twice after long wait times. Couldnt purchase protection plan over the phone for replacement had to go into Best Buys store to repurchase.

I'm hoping that years down the road I will look back and say this was a well decided upon option that I never had to use. I like what all coverage this Geek Squad Protection offers beyond the manufactures warrantee. It wasn't a pressure sell item presented to me, but something I was interested in purchasing before ever making my TV puchase. As mentioned, I hope never to have to take Best Buy up on it, but it's pure peace of mind if I have to.
