I purchased the Geek Squad protection because I've unfortunately had to use it once before on a 75" TV which was only a year old. The process was quite easy and I received an extremely equitable resolution.

I actually upgraded my Geek Squad PP to 5 years prior to delivery

I haven’t had to use this protection plan yet because nothing went wrong so I don’t really know how to review this but I assume just having some type of protection is a good thing thus is why the 5 stars.

I always purchase the protection plans from Geek Squad. I haven't had to use it for this item, but over the years I have used them several times and never had an issue. Multiple times items have had to be replace, I always ended up with a newer and better product. This is a good on investment if you plan on having your item for awhile.

Always make sure you purchase these Geek Squad plans when investing in electronics. Best Buy does a great job taking care of their members when you have issues with your products. I always purchase the highest plan they offer to protect my purchases, especially when buying a TV or something you want to last for a long time. Thanks BB!!

Geek Squad protection plans are affordable and give me that extra peace of mind with my Best Buy purchases. I am free to thoroughly enjoy my products without any worry, and I know that should anything unexpectedly go wrong with any of them, Geek Squad will keep me smiling and glad that I bought their protection. Worth every penny.

I Purchase Protection on every best buy item I buy, but not just any protection........ Geek Sqaud protection! They replace with equal value of a product if your not satisfied. Im always going to recommend them because every time they have done service or replacements of my products its been shown to me that they are very concerned about my satisfaction towards their service and that is the bottom line most important thing for me as a customer. 5 stars guys!

Good warranty for the price , recommend buy a warranty cheap

I used to be against extended warranties with the thought that it was just a waste of money. Then I married a woman that thought she could fix anything herself and typically did more damage. Now I buy the Geek Squad warranties on everything I purchase with implicit instructions that if it breaks, schedule maintenance!

Worth every penny. They replaced my Vizio 58 inch TV, purchased in Nov 2020. After verifying it could not be fixed they offered me my choice of several comparable TVs. The whole process was quick and easy. All it cost was the price of a new 2yr protection plan.

Got this on sale. Great picture and decent sound. TV OS is a bit laggy but not unbearble. Great for watching Netflix, was super easy to sign into all my streaming apps!

Vizio failed after 4yrs unfortunately. Thankfully the warranty helped me out by getting store credit for my tv so not all is lost. Happy with the service!

The Tv was changed when i returned it cos itwas damaged

If you need help getting it to your house they will bring it and hook it up if you need them to.The protection plan is my favorite part of the geek squad.

We purchased this just in case of technical issues or difficulties with our TV unit. Its better to have a back up on top of the limited warranty and I believe it is easier and convenient to schedule a service with the geek squad compared to the actual warranty company. At least that's what I heard from the actual agent as a tip of advice.

It's a must buy when I purchase an item with a high price. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or replace it with a similar item. So I always make sure I buy the extra protection. It saves me from frustration.
