I spent a lot of time reviewing TVs for my living room and was hesitant about the 4K "hoopla"... well that "hoopla" was gone when I was finally able to watch 4K content on the TV at home. Wow. Great picture and pretty good sound from stock speakers. It's got all the features you want and need at this time. Great value for the money.

They came through with their words in replacing my 40" Vizio TV after it suddenly stopped working. I'm glad I got the extended warranty to cover my TV. It's highly recommended to have Geek squad cover your prducts and for a reasonable price too.

I generally stay away from extended warranties but one purchase I did take the warranty and low and behold I had an issue with my Sony TV and received a new TV since they stopped making the broken part-- all due to the warranty

When you pay that kind of money you might just as well have it warranted

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

Geek Squad warranty is great and come in handy just in case one of your items break down….

I love Geek squad service. Have never had an issue with them. They came and checked my tv that was having issues. Very professional and answered all my questions

I am technologically illiterate and I have to go to the Geek Squad many times to ask what they probably feel are stupid questions. They are always polite and help me with my problems. I go to the Gravios Bluffs store in St. Louis and they usually fix my problem right in front of me while I wait.

They are there to help always with any problems you have.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

I am glad I purchased the warranty. It’s so much easier to deal with Best But for their great products and services. I don’t anticipate needing it because the TV is great but I’m glad I have it if it’s needed. It was a very reasonable price.

Worth it! Changed my TV three times in three years due to normal wear and tear. For each replacement did not have to pay more $100 for my new TV (each a different brand). Never get a TV without this warranty.

TV has stopped working again for a second time. Will not start again for no apparent reason now. The cable modem appears to be functioning normally, but the TV will not light up or produce any picture or sound. What am I to do to restore TV service? Your record will show this occurred before. We need a resolution soon. Thank you for your attention.

Love buying the open box items which saves me money. Therefore I use some of that savings to purchase the extended warrantees. Never had to use one yet, But as long as I do not have to spend my own money, I believe it is well worth it.

Got this for piece of mind. Hope I don't ever have to use it but have it just incase. Why not when you spend almost $2k on a TV, you want that extra coverage

I really like the Explorer service because I haven't had a bad experience with it yet as always worked out any issues that I came across great service that's always there the answer questions and give you help on your product
