Purchased the 5 year warranty since so many electronics don’t have a long life span. It’s inexpensive and hopefully we never need it, but we have the peace of mind.

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.

The agents helped out a lot took care of all the needs, I didn’t score 5 stars it took a while to get eveything done

Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

They are really attentive and the support they give is very clear.

Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.
