Have not used yet but wouldn’t buy the tv without purchasing

The phone geek squad team was very helpful! Tried trouble shooting and determined that the t.v. was not repairable.

I didn’t use this for installation of the tv, but they have to help me uninstall my tv now and they didn’t charge me because of the situation so I appreciate it!

Geek Squad set up the TV & got it started. They were helpful & open to questions. We mounted it to the wall later.

little problem with color and picture it was replace it in 2day.Technician came the next day.

TVs aren't lasting as long as they used to. Sometimes less than a year before they develop a critical issue. This takes the worry and hassle out of getting it repaired or replaced.

Will never buy another TV without getting this protection plan, service is fast, reliable, and hassle free!

The extra protection plan is worth it on high dollar items. I've had a TV fail after a year, Routers die etc. Call them up or take it to the store and change it or refund with no hassle.

Good value for extended coverage in case something goes wrong after manufacturer warranty expires.

I found it more than helpful to always buy a protection plan. After much consideration, it was very welcomed to have just in case. Best Buy is very helpful when it comes to protection plans. I have purchased them in the past and found that it came in handy. You can't go wrong here depending on your purchase.

Didn't buy the 2 year protection at first but got it within the month, glad I did since I was worried my dog would knock it over with it being on the floor lol on the wall now but either way good to have protection in case anything happens

I purchased this to make sure if I had any issues that it would be repaired quickly. Never had to use it except on the occasional xBox Controller. This was purchased for a TV which is always good to have.

I’ve had The Geeks on everything I’ve bought from Best Buy. I have been so pleased with their ability to fix each of my computers when I’ve problems. I’ve recently had to get a new microwave and even that was a breeze. Thank you Geeks for being there.

You protect your junk why not your TV? I was told by a repair man with15yrs in the trade Samsung puts weak transistors in their boards so I was glad to have purchased the extended warranty, you should too unless you've got enough disposable income or an advancing technology addiction to buy a new one every 2 years.
