I was able to get my tv worked on quickly and effortlessly at my request. The moment they realized it couldn’t be fixed I was quickly given the option to replace my tv and buy another protection plan for the new one. Everything was in a timely fashion and made to be quick and painless

Hopefully I'll never have to use this 2-year protection on my TV, but in the event that I do I sure hope Best Buy will come through with a replacement.

Tech came to look at my tv, could not replicate the issue but I had pictures and showed it to him And he took care of everything

I highly recommend Geek Squad to anyone thinking about it, technology can be finnicky, Geek Squad make sure you're protected and they handle everything promptly and with expert service.

Added protection for tour TV should something go wrong with it. I purchased the 5 year plan. A dollar a,day! Great price!

We haven’t had to use the service yet and hope we won’t need to but I’m sure it will be well worth the little we had to pay for it.

Good to have this, when needing answers to questions. Generally speaking, Geek squad people are very helpful. I have run into a few that were unable to answer questions, that I later found out were pretty common sense. Every one has different skill levels.

Tv is clear, sound is good on low/or high. Graphics are awesome with PS5

The warranty is a great comfort regarding both of these issues: We live quite a ways away and our summers are hot.

Repair was good but contacting a person on the phone to make an appointment (or anything else) is extremely frustrating !

The computer I bought from Best Buy never gave me any problems. Despite the fact that I did not use policy, the geek squad answered some questions I had and were very helpful. I had a great peace of mind knowing that I had protection if needed.

Havent used so far but i Bought this additional plan for my worry free once i need help in future.Hope it will works like i planned

What's better than to have a 2 year geek squad protection on your products that you purchase. We have not had to use it yet, but it is there in case of a problem.

Seems expensive for the time frame of coverage. Hopefully will not need to use.

Best coverage money can buy!!!! They will not hesitate to completely take care of your issue.
