havent had to use it product is excellent but if i do need to use it im sure ill have no issues

This is an item that is hard to review, if the product is great you’ll never need the support. If you have a problem that’s when you need the support, my experience in the past has always been good.

I've been a long term subscriber to geek squad so this was a no-brainer

The geek squad installed my refrigerator and the water line. I recommend this package with any appliances you buy.

My TV was broke and they explained what needed to be done or gave me an option for a gift card. I was very satisfy with my option.

I think maybe for many TVS this might not be as useful, however, for OLED I would strongly recommend this service. OLED are amazing, but over time you might have burn in. I have not as of yet, but I feel five years of heavy use will make this service worthwhile to have.

Has been there to help at all troubling parts of setup, or any issues with my product.

Highly recommend purchasing this extra coverage. Makes perfect sense if and when anything were to go wrong with my new tv after the original warranty expires.

I buythese pland for anything over $150.00 and when I have to use them, I am happy with the replacement service. I only use them 20% of the time though before they end.
