Very happy to get this Gerk Squad Support for my electronics. I upgraded my geek squad support from the $99 geek squad support.

We have not needed to use it yet for any issues, but good to know we have solid protection if we do!

The geek Squad agent connected all my tvs and my wife love it.

I love that you can either take your product in or they will come out. It’s so convenient to be able to see and speak to an actually person rather than sending your product off somewhere.

I have not yet had to use the warranty, but with how fragil technology is, a warranty is the smart thing to do. 5 years, 70.00, if it makes you feel better that’s less than 4 cents a day.

The agent was extremely competent and friendly, helping resolve my TV's issue really swift.

Feels good knowing my tv is protected for the next 5 years (especially since I purchased an open box'd tv). They have the best warranty money can buy!

The agents brought my television up to the second floor of my apartment complex and we’re very personable. I was very pleased with the service

So far I have not had to use the service however I did contact them with some questions about my television and they were very helpful to troubleshoot and answer any questions I had.

Mounted on wall with plumbing and electrical inside so they located and safely mounted bracket and tv then set up and connected all divexs and bundled cables

I like it and it great to protect with the tv and good service

ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NOT HAD TO USE IT, I WANTED THE PROTECTION AS TV'S NOW ARE COMPLEX. I'M HAPPY WE PURCHASED THE SAFETY NET...JUST IN CASE.
