I hope I won’t be able to use my geek squad warranty review in bad taste but I’m looking for it’s a good service

I feel secure with the feel squad. Protection plan. I like to have my products checked out once a year and if I ever have a problem the geek squad is available to me on line or in store.

the care plan is worth it if you are worried about your technology working up to 2 years from purchase. It's worked out in my favor a number of times.

Great to have in case of emergencies. Never know if something will break

We had a tv that stopped working for no reason.after several repair calls, they replaced our tv and it’s so worth having this service.

I always buy these things and from timer to time have had to use them and Best Buy does a great job in taking care of their customers

The agents came and looked at my TV and tryed to fix it. Couldnt so we got a credit of use in the store or on line. Good job.

I am hoping that I never need to use it but Best Buy promises that if something goes wrong with my TV, they will just replace it - no questions asked. I'd say that is worth the money.

When buying a TV I always get the Geek Squad protection to replace the TV and insure that I get a better value in my purchase

I had my new TV delivered and mounted on the wall (additional cost for the bracket) and had my Direct TV remote programmed for all of the Smart TV Functions, plus the 5 year protection plan.

I bought a Sony Bravia and feel much better knowing I have this protection other than manufacturer’s warranty.

Don't purchase a TV without this insurance policy. Took a while to order and deliver but worth it!

I am not a techie, so I count on help front the Geek Squad. They are always helpful, respectful, and patient with my lack of knowledge. Love knowing that they are there if I need assisstance.

Hopefully this new Toshiba will last longer than 3 yrs and the 2yr warranty will suffice

nice protect. I have used an item like this and am very pleased with it.

I don't think I'm going to be purchasing insurance for my products anymore. They have all held up pretty well and plus the insurance is expensive especially when you don't put it to use.
