The geek squad is good though I never used it I did purchase geek squad with my television in October 2021.

Overal everytime i need to contact geek squad, they are fast and useful.

This is my first experience purchasing Geek Squad warranty. I hope I don't need to use it, but glad they cover lightning damage since I live in an area this frequently happens.

Wouldn't make a purchase over $1000 without adding geek squad protection. No frills, no hassle, just fix whatever problem you have.

I like getting bestbuy warranty plans you never know when your going to need it. Never had any problems with bestbuy warranty bestbuy will fix, repair or give you your money back.

Purchased this with the new 85” Samsung TV. Hopefully we will never use it but Best Buy stands behind there products they sell.
