We watch a lot of tv. So I wanted a good service plan in case I have any issue’s within 5 years.

Always they are ready to check and fix if possible, great home visits, always on time in the windows frame given.

A must have when buying an expensive item! Just note the exemptions!

For me this is a no-brainer. We have always used the sevice and protection we get along with it.

DELIVERY AND MOUNT ON TIME, THEY WORK ABOVE AND BEOND.

5 years is a long time! Hopefully I won't have to use it soon since it's a brand new TV, but we will see.

Haven’t had to use this yet. But glad I purchased it just in case. You can never know when electronics will go out

Geek squad are very knowledgeable have connected my new tv along with the surround sound, with interior and exterior speakers

Have been adding to my larger purchases such as high end TV’s and equipment latlely. Have had to use with some recently and such a good decision.

They were very germ conscious with the whole C-19 thing. Fast and careful not to bump walls. They were masters of their craft.

Why not protect your investment? I would highly recommend this.

I had an experience were my last TV broke six month before my 5 yrs warranty espired. Best Buy gave me a store credit for the price of my tv and aI bought a new ine.

awesome service if you are not electronically savvy, its worth the money although a bit pricey
