Peace of Mind costs. My current TV had a power surge that fried the TV. My warranty had expired ( 6 year old TV). Having the warranty gives me peace of mind that within the next 3 years I have coverage for any replacement issues.

This 55-inch TV offers great picture and sound quality at an affordable price. The setup was easy, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it.

This is a little tricky and almost sneaky. If you buy some thing on the website, you have the option of adding a five-year geek squad plan. Nobody tells you that when you’re in the store and you buy a Samsung item. You are only allowed to get Samsung care as your warranty. It is one year less and $10 more. God help you if you try to cancel it and buy the other warranty. You will be on the phone for 13 hours like I was.

I got this protection for my first tv, when it broke and could not be repaired. A $799.99 They gave me my choice of a new tv of the same amount of money. So, when I got my new TV, I took the same Protection on my new tv. A very good deal.

This TV was exactly what I was looking for and for an amazing price. The picture and sound quality are both amazing and I am a fan of the Home Screen interface. The Samsung channels built in are great it seems they combine the channels from various free streaming TV platforms. This was a great buy and highly recommend.

I got the 42” to use as a PC monitor and its been excellent. Blows away every other monitor I’ve used in the past and the added versatility is a nice value add. I’ve had no problem with the auto adjusting brightness limiter and don’t mind having to turn the TV on first (as opposed to how monitors will just wake from sleep), but YMMV.

Geek squad has been a company that's always delivered fantastic service and support not matter what the product.

I had the Geek Squad warranty. I had an issue i made the call to them with in 2 days they came by diagnosed the problem as a bad mother board . I was told the geek squad service would replace it at no cost . They contacted me within a day & schuled an exchange day . It took about 6 days from start to finish they picked up & delivered the new . All in all its worth it .

Worth the purchase. Has been excellent since day 1

THIS IS NOT A GEEK SQUAD REVIEW!!! THEY DID NOT INSTALL. After I found where the A/C in was (never even addressed in the install sheet), the TV has a great picture and almost everything seems to work just fine. The extras are super. The only negative thing is that (unless there is more hidden information) when I plug in the "Audio Out" to another device, it bypasses the TV's sound. I didn't downgrade the rating, but if not something I can fix, doesn't detract form the overall score for the unit.

Seems like a solid and straight forward warranty. I always get coverage for electronics

My purchase was an AMAZING one i really have had great help from anyone ive spoken with. I would tell anyone that needs to get a gtrat purchase to go to best buy the customer service is AWESOME and the service is great. Thank you all for your help

The agents explained the process so i can install it on my own and connect it to other devices

Hopefully won't need it but was relatively lower priced than other insurance. Can't take any chances nowadays with tech.

I used their service once on my computer and they did awesome. They explained fully what was wrong with this and advised me what to do if this happens again. Great people who fixed it.

I was able to exchange the TV due to some minor defects and it was done very quickly.

Easy to work with. Exceeded my expectations. I will never buy anything over $500 without purchasing the protection plan again.

I haven’t needed to use the geek squad on this purchase yet. But the geek squad rocks they respond quickly and take care of your problems.

Haven’t had to use my Geek Squad team as of now. Love my new Samsung TV and sound bar!! Have used the squad years ago and it was as a simple easy process. Thanks Best Buy!!
