Affordable price and makes a lot of sense for a television investment

Never had to use geek squard last tv because of covid nobody could repair,recieved a credit for tv

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE NEW TV. THE GEEK SQUAD WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND SETTING UP THE EQUIPMENT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND WOULD RECCOMENT THEM TO EVERYONE. I WILL ALWYS SHOP AT BEST BUY.

I’m happy with this protection, I have two kids and need it really I just got a new Remote Tv because it was removed by my kids and Geek Squad paid for it

I always splurge for the 5 year Best Buy Extended Warranty because I sleep better at night knowing that if I have any issue with any of my TV's that are 43 inches and up, which are all of them, that Geek Squad will come out to look at them and take care of any issue other that physical damage caused by neglect etc. Most people are unaware that a one year manufacture warranty means that after the 15,30 or 45th day that one is allowed to return an item for a refund or exchange means that you will be left to deal only with the TV manufacture. I equate that to being on a raft in the middle of the ocean.

The geek squad delivered my tv on time and the entire process was quick and easy.

Very helpful. They make it very easy Incase of a damage

I mounted my TV to a TV stand mount. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty with it. The one thing I didn't know is when you do purchase the extended warranty it runs side by side with the manufacturer warranty which I didn't know it did it that way. I thought it started after the manufacturer warranty ended but it doesn't. So he sure to ask questions about that.

The squad unhooked water and removed the old refrigerator- they had to take off the doors in order to get it out of the kitchen. They put it in the driveway for later pIckup by PNM for recycling. Then they installed the new refrigerator and hooked it up to the water supply. They made sure it was level and placed properly in the space. The squad was very helpful and professional. Excellent work!!

,,,,That's what they say right ? Well, After spending $3,300 on a brand new Television , I didn't want to spend another $600 on top of that for Insurance. But then I thought about it,,,,,,,,,,,What if this Television had electrical issues,,,,,,,,say,,,,,,1 year and 2 months from now ??? What would I do then ? I mean it would be outta warranty then. All I know is that for spending THAT KIND OF MONEY , I want to make sure that I'm covered way past the manufacturers warranty,,,,,,So I bought the 5 year plan,,,,,,,,,,,,,Also came with a piece of mind for the next 5 years. Don't you end up regretting NOT getting it.

I mean its a must, if you buy somethint for a $1,000 don't you want to have some sort of coverage on it?

Very nice to know that we have like an insurance to make sure everything keeps working for at least two years !!!

We recently bought a pc and cellphones. Best Buy has competitive pricing on products. We plan on getting an appliance in the near future and the 10% credit on this purchase can be forwarded to the appliance if we signed up for an in store card. I was uncomfortable this when it was necessary to provide my SS# and drivers license. Still hoping this all works out, we get the discount promised to us, and Best Buy data base doesn't get hacked.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet which could be a good thing!

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

I don’t usually purchase extended warranties, but in this case thought it was the thing to do.
