Would not purchase an expense item without having a extended warranty and the price was right.

Whenever you buy something from Best Buy’s and are offered a warranty get it. Best Buy’s has the best hassle free warranty service you just have to know how to describe your problem, when my sister tv was messing up she got it checked out 3 times until I told her to explain to them that the tv goes blank after hours of use. Come to find out the motherboard on the tv was the problem which got fixed right away when explained the problem properly in stead of just saying it goes black sometimes.

I am hoping I don’t have to use the warranty. Having a minimum of 50 characters. In order to submit the survey is ridiculous. If there’s nothing wrong, I would think you wouldn’t want to have a drawn out explanation. That is annoying.

We stay in Florida and our house was built before the 1970s, so no 3 wire electrical. Everytime we have a T-storm something is bound to get hit. Even with surge protectors and battery backups on all the expensive TV's and devices. So paying the extra for geek squad protection is a must have and a no brainer.

You can't beat getting protection and troubleshooting abilities with expert technicians when it comes to your electronics. I've been dealing with Best Buy for 15 years and have never been disappointed with it's services. I ALWAYS get the Geek Squad Protection Plan for peace of mind and assurance of my product. It's the only way to go. Get quality products and quality service. You'll be happy that you did.

The plan isn't as good as it used to be. But it still works. I am upset at Best Buy, they are really going down. They got where they are with great customer service, which they don't do now.

I really hate the geek squad when it comes to cell phones, but, my TV experience with geek squad was exceptional. They were quick, and had some options I wanted at a super low price. They were also ready to take care of my situation, before I was, that is quick service

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

I highly recommend adding a protection plan to your purchase. Even a quality product may have a catastrophic failure. We lost our 2-year-old refrigerator when severe thunderstorms hit the power grid. Best Buy replaced the refrigerator and compensated for food spoilage. The protection plans are worth every penny.

Got the TV, brought it home, hooked it up and love it. Works great.

I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.

I recommend always purchasing an extending warranty with any electronic/appliance you buy these days. It has paid off for me in so many ways, whereas I would be stuck with a huge repair bill or an unusable product. Best Buy has always been terrific about honoring their extended warranties, with with repair or replacement. The Geek Squad has always been easy to deal with, whether in store or home delivery and set up.

This plan offers great piece of mind to protect any of your electronics purchased at Best buy. Highly recommend purchasing the extended plans.
