    The Geek Squad provides excellent service and are very professional. Highly recommend anyone rely on their expert knowledge. The Geek Squad installed and calibrated my TV. You cannot imagine the expertise required to make the necessary adjustments to the settings to make a TV picture and the sound perfect. Let the Geek Squad install and calibrate your TV. They really know what they are doing and it really makes a huge difference.

    75” tv purchased salesman said purchase the warranty, I asked does it cover accidental screen damage. He said yes it does! WELL IT DOESN’T and now i have no tv and out $79.99! Went to the store manager said oh well i can’t control want lies my employees say. Almost blew my gasket!!! Best Buy should be held accountable for what your employees tell us the customers!! Lies and deception to sell a protection plan and take peoples hard earned money!!!

    Great protection for my Lg OLED

    Purchased the geek squad protection plan for my Lg OLED, the first TV I had got screen burn in and this plan replaced it with a Lg OLED 3 years newer with another extended warranty all included with no out of pocket expense. Best money spent ever. After 3 years to receive a better TV with another 5 year warranty. That’s what I call a no brainer!!!

    Not so good depending on TV you get

    The protection plan is good overall. What I don't like is it doesn't kick in until a year after you purchase which wasn't obvious when I bought the TV. You have to go through the TV provider for the first year on most models. So, basically, you are paying for a 4 year plan instead of a 5 year, because you can't use the plan in the first year of owning your tv. The bottom line, you shouldn't be charged for a 5 year plan if it is only good for 4 years.

    I haven't needed to use this plan, but I'm definitely happy I bought it. I financed my whole purchase at 0% using the BestBuy card and the added peace of mind is definitely worth it. Living in the city (NY) without a car means that, in the event of an issue, it's a HUGE issue getting a TV around. This plan alleviates that concern, and I'll get it every time.

    Geek Squad is the best friend to any big purchase you make. You got questions, concerns they are here for you. I have never had a problem and have purchased Geek Squad with all my Best Buy purchases that I know I will use daily.

    I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.

    Bought the warranty with our last TV and it died. So glad we did. No questions asked, repair or replace and you get to keep on trucking. Happy to buy the same protection on our new TV!
