I decided to buy this insurance because the first TV that I bought get damage and start giving problem after 2 months, because it was on guarantee I was able to return it back . I decided to buy another brand that I have been using all my life and wanted to made sure that the problem will not be repeated on this one

Great price for the warranty on my son 43 inch Samsung tv. I would definitely recommend get one for your children items.

I haven't had to use this yet, thankfully. Bought this coverage with a brand new LG OLED TV. Seemed like a practical buy given the price of the tv.

So far so good. My TV remote broke, I brought it to bestbuy, they took it and sent me a neq one in a few days! I bought the 5 year warranty for my 55" oled LG TV because all the reviews said it gets burn in on the screen...it's been 3years and NOburn-in, absolutely no issues at all.

My last TV started having problems/ So the 5 year warranty came in handy

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

Due to having 2 TV's blow up within months of each other, we felt the extra warranty was warranted! We have surge protectors on our whole house and also extra ones for each TV. The blow ups were just the way both older TV's decided to die. We believed the extra warranty would be helpful because of the lightness of the TV and it's fragile position.

I highly recommend buying the protection plan when purchasing a new TV. After four years my television display went. The manufacturer had no interest in helping. I forgot I had ourched the protection plan until I signed in to my Bestbuy account. The tech who came to my home could not repair it, so I was given a credit towards a new one which is an upgrade from what I had.

Worth it for the piece of mind . Decided to go with this after 2 of our TVs purchased in the last 5yrs crapped out. Sadly they don’t make televisions like they used to , I had a Samsung that lasted me for 11 years no problems... my last Samsung only lasted for four years. Vizio lasted for 4yrs and Insignia 3yrs ...figured 5yr plan chances are good I’ll probably need it.

Monster is the only cables I use for all of my electronics. Monsters ability to have a super clear picture.

I bought my nephew a new TV for his birthday end it was a little larger and I recall the troubles they had putting that one up so I decided to add the geek squad with TV set up and delivery it was well worth It for my nephew as with his schedule it was nice to come home to a new TV hanging on the wall above the fireplace and the TV is protected for five years

I had the protection on my old TV and I'm glad I did! MY TV broke 4 months after my original warranty ran out. I called them and they came out to fix it, they had to order a new board. They came back 2 more times, and they couldn't fix it, so they gave me another brand new TV. tv

I used Best Buy's crack service division, The Geek Squad to install my new 77 inch HDTV in our small home theater room upstairs. They exceeded all my expectations from speed, cost technical smarts, courtesy and COVID-19 safety. Price was more than reasonable for the total value we received!
