Once again always get it. if you can afford something from best buy then dont cheap out on protection for those products. VERY IMPORTANT

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

I needed this use the warranty for my 65” Oled that had dead pixels. A tech came out and checked. The next day I received a store credit for the price paid for the tv.

Love the television but really appreciated Steven Wrenn of Geek Squad who installed it within my home theater group. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I also purchased at his suggestion a master remote controller. He programmed and again explained how to find everything I needed. I LOVE having one device do it all. If I ever need a Geek Squad service call I hope Steven is one to respond. I am attaching a photo showing quality of picture.

I’ve yet to use the service but worth the value! Always get extra protection.

It’s great to get a protection with your electronics to protect it

I always get the geek squad protection plan. It was a breeze submitting a claim 2 WEEKS before it expired. Geek squad attempted to repair my tv and when they couldn’t I was given store credit to purchase a new ones no questions asked.

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

This comes in handy when your trusty electronics decide to break down.

I never disappointed at Best Buy or Geek Squad’s quality of service. I haven’t had to take any help from Geek Squad for my recent purchases. But I have in the past and I never regretted my decision.

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

I always get service plans with purchases just in case something goes wrong. I would recommend any customers purchase protection plans with any type of purchase made. Nothing in this life is guaranteed. All manufactured items built and designed could possibly have a defect or become inoperable.

Nice tv picture quality but you have to sign into samsung every single time you do anything on this tv because SaMGSUnG suksballs

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

I bought a 5 year warranty for my brand new tv. And I know if needed, Geek squad to the rescue, I've delt with them before and they are amazing. If you buy a major appliance, you should always get a warranty.

Great service and highly recommended. They are providing good rewards too.
