Its always been worth getting the warranty because you never know when things will break

Had geek squad on my samsung fridge and it really paid off(twice). You should definitely get it for large applicances asstuff isn't made like it used to be....and these nice things are very expensive when they break.

insurance is import for your belongs, i would not leave the store with out purchasing it.

Always make sure you purchase these Geek Squad plans when investing in electronics. Best Buy does a great job taking care of their members when you have issues with your products. I always purchase the protection plans from Geek Squad. I haven't had to use it for this item, but over the years I have used them several times and never had an issue. Multiple times items have had to be replace, I always ended up with a newer and better product. This is a good on investment if you plan on having your item for awhile.

Technology has become so sophisticated that it isn't easy to set up a new smart tv. There are so many options that I was not sure how they would affect my tv viewing preferences. Joshua from the Geek Squad walked us through every option and explained what each meant. just purchased the warranty but 5 years it’s the worth of money

Never have bought anything without insurance. You may not think it’s worth it now but accidents do happen from point a to b or the cat or dog we’re playing a bit to hard. Don’t walk out without your insure item.

Best Buy's Extended 5-year Plan for $179.99, is a bargain, compared to SONY manufacturers Extended 4-year Warranty (max.) -$178.99. And, after reading the fine print in comparison to the 'GEEK SQUAD", without a doubt, maximized service monetarily- BEST BUY was the way go (SONY offered same TV sale at the time).

Good service, never had problems in past replacing/fixing things.

Service was outstanding. Got a Rep on the phone 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Was off the phone within 10 mins and had a replacement product on its way & scheduled before we hung up. Bravo Best Buy!

Great service after factor warranty has expired. Customer service has always been great and we purchase this on all our Electronics . Very pleased with our service after the sale.
