I recommend geek squad to every person that asks if they should add it on. Technology can have issues, it happens, geek squad provides peace of mind and is always fast, informative, and easy to deal with.

I do not buy extended warrantees as a rule, but for the great price of the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection you cannot go wrong.

Produce works just as it should. No issues and customer service was exceptional. I will continue to use Best But gor all of my electronic needs

Our TV died and fortunately we had the Geek Squad warranty. When they came they were very courteous and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything in terms we could understand. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it but we got our money back and we’re able to buy a new one right away.

Good warranty for the price so I purchased it for our family.

Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

We love the service we get with Geek Squad, they are professional and will take the time to trouble shoot your problem. If they cannot fix it they will replace it. I’ve been using Geek Squad for over 20 years. They are dependable and keep you posted on the status of your repair or if applicable, your replacement.

I purchased this protection plan to cover issues that may arise on my Samsung 4K Ultra Smart TV. It is expensive, but I believe it's worth it; this plan gives me 5 years of protection for my tv, which is necessary because the tv is also expensive. If my tv malfunctions, they have to fix it for free or replace the tv. This protection is a must-have!

It has been too soon for me to tell anyting about the warranty but I heard that it was awesome and protect everything and it's worth having so I would have eyes purchase it because you never know what can happen to your merchandise so purchase it and let them help you enjoy your merchandise to the fullest

For expensive items, such as TVs, computers, appliances, and electronics the extra cost for the protection is a must. The Best Buy warranty and service has been awesome in my personal experience. They either fix or replace your items plus help with product questions.

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

Great tv for the price. Easy to hook up to wifi with quick response and awesome resolution while watching. Definitely recommend purchasing. Will not be disappointed!

Wouldn't buy a product without protection and I know it will be worth it if something goes wrong

I've thankfully only had to use the protection plan a few times, but the service and resolutions were always satisfactory. I wouldn't get for cheap items, but anything over $500 is definitely worth it! I buy many items from best buy, and always get the protection plan for major items.
