I am down for the Geek Squad. I did not hesitate to join the team. I love there name and have been motivated to purchase protection every time I see there brand.

Haven't had to use this particular Geek Squad protection plan yet, but I have confidence it'll pay for itself.

I had a issue with my Samsung tv, geek squad took care of it right away, tech came out diagnosed the issue and inhad the option to get a new tv

Get the 5 Year warranty because Best buy back's it up 100 percent any problems get a new one or a different one for the same price.....

Great TV I love the picture quality and the streaming network installed

If you buy anything from bestbuy, make sure you Geeek squad ! They are amazing people, and they will fix anything you have. I have not had any problem with my Geek Squad.

Love the fact that I can get it fixed. My other tv had a black shadow do if it happens to this one...i kno geek squad got me!

I always buy warranty on electronic. Doing so will give you peace in mind.

The geek squad was on the phone trouble shooting what was wrong with our first TV. With his help he discovered that the first set had a problem with the picture elements.

I've never had to use it but friends of mine have and they said that Geek Squad is awesome

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

They have never let me down! My TV that was less than a year old broke down and I sent it in to get repaired, when it couldn't be repaired they offered to replace it with a newer model or a gift card for the amount I paid for it. I opted for the gift card and was able to purchase a larger TV and only paid the difference! Always happy with them!

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

The service and follow up are very good. This is a much better alternative to square trade. The 2 year plan is essentially worth one extra year after the factory warranty expires. But no extensive calls with the manufacturer that will leave you exhausted and angry. The Geek Squad experience I had with my TV was a piece of cake.

The technicians that come to complete the installations are well trained and always so helpful!

I have always added extra protection on my televisions, but never had to use it. Just in case. I wish I had it on my gifted Hisense television.
