Peace of mind after taking 5 year purchase guarantee plan. The Bestbuy offered the 5 year program for $99 which is a reasonable price.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV without any issues. They were very efficient in installing the mounting bracket (through stacking stone). They cleaned up afterward very well. They spent time instructing us on the use of the new TV. They hooked it up to our VHS/DVD player as well without additional charge. Nice job!!

It is a must unless you are a computer guru yourself. I have used them multiple times fir some minor glitches with new computer. They are available if you call at less busy times of the day and know what they are doing to get your computer running as it should again.

Purchased a new TV. After 1 year, it had problems. Took it in to the nearest BestBuy and the had it fixed and ready for pick-up within the time they quoted on repair. Very happy with the service! They made sure everything was taken care of and the TV was working as if it were brand new.

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! I always buy the geek skquad protection just in case anything malfunctions . I have 2 items get replaced for what i paid for the product

For most products I don't buy extended warranties or insurance. The price of the insurance is usually high enough that you might get a new appliance or device cheaply enough to take the risk. But for big screens and computers I get protection to protect me from the hassle of a dead on arrival unit or dead pixels or accidental damage. It is not just the unit price, but the reduction in time required to navigate the replacement that I am insuring.

We've had the television for a bit over 1 month and so far are extremely happy with it. The picture is beautiful. It communicates well with our computer so we can use EyeTV to create a mirror image. The only thing that could be a problem is that there are no controls on the TV so you do not want to lose the remote or run out of batteries.
