Geek Squad is great, making an appt is not easy and it was canceled twice, there is no way to just get a new appt time, also language barrier is a problem. But actual techs were prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, thanks to Paul and company!

I’ve always purchased a protection plan on my items. Geek squad has always been helpful and understanding and knowledgeable and a product. Very professional as well highly recommended to get a protection plan.

The best warranty in the business hands down. If buying an expensive product, well worth spending a little extra for the extended warranty. Especially worth it for oled tvs.

Absolutely recommend adding a Geek Squad protection plan to your purchase. They are extremely helpful and can save you a lot of money and trouble. They replaced my tv and the process was very easy.

Purchased a 2 yr Geek Squad, with the Hisense H8G..Haven't needed it yet, but with the Panel lottery, LED's going out etc, it's a good backstop..If you have OLED, I think this is the only extended warranty that offers protection from burn-in (vs SquareTrade and others).

Great to have when purchasing products that need extended warranties! Used to always buy Geek Squad for each purchase now it is there automatically!

Great plan that takes the worry out of the little things

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

Good option if you need to use the service to service electronics

I rarely have something go wrong with electronics, but on a fairly big purchase, like a smart TV, it makes sense, since the standard warranty can leave you without use of the device for weeks if something goes wrong. With this, I can get a replacement or repair in no time.

Geek squad warranties always a good choice for me. I’ve purchased a warranty on almost everything electronic I buy and have only had to use it once. Excellent quality and service! Spend the extra money. It’s worth it because you never know.

Geek Squad protection for my TV is great. Used it for the first time and the agents that came to my house were professional and explained each step of the process. Unfortunately, they could not fix my TV so I ended up with a new one just as described.

Havent needed it yet but i feel good having it in case i do.

The Geek Squad protection plan is the best money can buy. It will certainly pay for itself if you need it. Nothing will last forever, but the protection will be there for you. Don't hesitate to get the protection.
