We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

5 year warranty for a very decent price. It's hard to review something I haven't use but it's an affordable insurance. Never used Geek Squad before. Didn't like Best buy's last insurance partner.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

I appreciate the fact, geek squad will come out if necessary, opposed to me having to lug the merchandise back to the store!

After almost 2 years, my 49' TCL TV, tilted up. Took the TV to the store and after a week they gave me the credit of the total cost of the TV because it was definately gone. I just used the credit for a new 50' TCL TV and took the 5 year guarantee. They are the best.

VERY happy with the Geek Squad's delivery and complete set up of our new Samsung TV. Glad we got the 2-year Geek Squad Protection.

I always purchase protection because it's there just in case you need it!!! It's the kind of insurance you don't want to be without. It's reasonable and after 3 years or so you will be in a better position to get you another one.

I had this plan for my 2018 55inch Sony x900f and the panel went out last month. Best Buy replaced with the 2022 65 inch Sony x90k and another 5 year warrenty. I could not be happier.

When making a major purchase I thought it was a good idea to have the geek squad warranty as well since the geek squad service has been so reliable I think I was a good idea to have the warranty also I'm very happy with Best buy and The geek squad team
