I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

I hope i never have to use this but it is a nice feature to have. Figure it was better to have it in case. Replacing a new TV can get expensive

I always purchase the protection plan because returning an item is hassle free no matter what happens accidental damage or product failure. Simply walk in swap them out and be on your way.

I have used geek squad in the past and their service has been consistently great as always for many, many years.

I haven't used the 5 yr warranty and I hope I don't have to.

I've purchased the two years protection because of economic reasons, but when it time to renew I will have that option. Hopefully I will never have to use it but I'm glad it's a option for me just in case I do.

Always buy the longest protection plan they have. If your TV gives you any problem they will replace harass free if they can't fix it.

I don’t usually like to buy extended warranties for appliances or electronics, but I make an exception when it comes to TVs purchased from Best Buy. I would so much rather work with the Geek Squad than directly with the manufacturer. It’s worth it for peace of mind.

I usually don't buy service warranty, however I chose to for this 65 inch TV. Mainly it offers in house service so no need to box up and send out. Knock on wood no need to use it so far. I like to call it Insurance.

I love that geek squad helps with everything and if you aren’t satisfied with your situation or product they will make their best to make it better.

Haven't used the warranty and Hopefully won't need to. Always had good warranty aervice from Best Buy.
