    DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR OLED TV PURCHASE

    OLED televisions have gotten much better about image retention and burn in but it is still possible no matter what they tell you. Best buy service plan states in its coverage that it covers Burn in on OLED televisions and as far as I know nobody else does no matter what coverage they purchase. Televisions these days aren’t made to last no matter what brand you go with it and I’ve read tons of reviews of flagship TVs going dead with months of purchase and many just after the one year warranty expires. It cost a little extra but I feel better knowing I’m good for at least 5 years.

    Have not used for current tv but I have used in the past and it worked out to my favor. They came checked the tv and recommended it be replaced. I had one a week later and have always purchased tvs from Best Buy ever since

    They are the best as far as service customer support really handled what needed to be handled and there is not Enough to say when some one goes above and beyond just to make you happy knowing it’s the same paycheck nothing extra then yeah great team !!!

    Great TV, with good quality of both visuals and SOUND. We have a soundbar that we got from a friend when they moved but even before the sound bar the sound quality was amazing. 4yrs later we are still so happy with this purchase

    I normally do not purchase extended protection for my own electronics, but since my purchase was a gift to someone, I wanted to ensure the recipient would not have to spend any money out of HER own pocket on MY gift if any issues arose. I guess you could call it peace-of-mind for both of us.

    5 years protection is a great thing to have if anything happens within 5 years i can have the tv fixed and that's great service

    Warranties warranties warranties are they with it??? I can only go by my most recent personal experience and I have to say ABSOLUTELY. We owned a 2017 LG LED 4K HDR tv. We have been having an issue with it for the past year and a half and we honestly didn’t remember if we bought the 3 or 5 year warranty. After checking with Best Buy we indeed had warranty until 2022. Our TVs HDMI 1 port stopped working, the Ethernet port stopped working and every time we turned the TV back on all of our settings would be reset. Annoying. Also we could see faint vertical banding when the camera would move horizontally. Especially in the sky. Looked like vertical smudges. Geek squad came over and evaluated the TV. At first I couldn’t reproduce the banding issue but all of the other issues pointed to a module they said they would order and when it arrived they would come back and install it and it should fix all the issues. They said they would evaluate the banding when they returned. I found some content that showed the banding when they came back and they didn’t even bother opening the box of the part they ordered. They went ahead and deemed my TVs LCD defective and offered me a replacement. We chose a new Sony 950H as the replacement and we couldn’t be happier. WAAAAAAYYY Better TV than what we had. Being we had a great experience with Best Buy’s warranty. We purchased another 5 year warranty for this replacement. Thanks Best Buy. That was great customer service.
