    We haven't used this service yet, we'd like to have them set up our Direct TV to come through our TV remote, but don't want to spend $99 to have them come out. I feel like we really didn't really need this service.

    A week prior to getting the protection i was offered it at the time of purchase and i got an extremely cheap open box 4k sony tv and the price of it brand new was $2500, the open box item i was buying was $700 and at the time our purchase they wanted to charge me the protection of a $2500 tv which came out to $550 for 5 years protection, so i went in a week later and a young man helped me get it figured out and I got the protection for the price that I had actually paid for and I was very very satisfied!!!!
