I am still early in the program but so far I have been satisfied.

I hesitate to purchase any insurance or services since I never use them. I have used this. I purchased two computers and they came to my house and transferred all my programs/documents and set up the screen the way I wanted. Since then I have called for help with an app and was helped over the phone.

The geek squad , is a must have ! They are fast a reliable ! You gotta love them

The agents were very professional , they were also very informative with any questions I had for them throughout the set up . The agents were also fast paced with the set up so that’s always a ten . Last but not least the insurance policy coverage is outstanding for a reasonable price

Always good to have protection behind your back. Easy to pay and apply protection.

The process takes a lil time but in the end, worth it. Just know, any tv over 50 inches requires a mandatory house visit first before they will replace it. If it's still under the factory warranty.

When our LG TV was delivered I wanted to have it all set up before my husband got home and the Geed Squad help me through the set up and it was nice and easy.

Thankfully, I haven't had the need to use it, but I would totally recommend getting the warranty for this TV. This TV was our best buy yet, and I would hate to have something happen to it and not be able to repair it. It is better to be safe than sorry.
