I hope I never have to use it with our new OLED TV, but it saved my bacon when our 2 yr old LED set developed an issue with the panel. Since Visio panels are not replaceable, it provided a credit equal to my purchase price. This allowed me to upgrade to the better quality picture of OLED.

Haven't had to use this particular Geek Squad protection plan yet, but I have confidence it'll pay for itself.

I haven't had a need to use it yet, but definitely would recommend just for peace of mind when purchasing anything tech-wise

I bought a 600 tv. Ain’t no way I’m not gonna insure it for 2 year after the fire destroyed the last one. I love my tv so much, I literally named it “Brad Pitts TV” I’m almost positive he owns the exact same mode. So no better option then to protect the same tv that he may or may not own.

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

Purchased this additional warranty support contract to cover the item purchased with it. Always good to have a backup plan if there are any unforeseen issues with the technology.

Would not purchase anything without it. But of course i hope i never have to use it! But it's nice to know my back is covered.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

So worth it. Not very expensive and so fabulous when you need it. I’ve popped in for the Geek Squad to answer questions, give me explanations for things that didn’t make sense, help me install programs then understand the nuances, they have run checks as often as I thought my computer was compromised. So helpful, will always have a Geek Squad plan!

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

This is reassuring to have. The Geek Squad mounted my TV on the wall. I had to have the TV replaced this year and that was covered. It makes my life less stressful to have it.

My samsung tu8000 stop working after two in a half years so happy i got this 5 year protection plan. Returned the broke tv and they let me pick out another tv of the same value.

I have not had to actually take advantage of this service. But I hope to have no issues when the need arises. I read prior reviews before my purchase which stated they were given a hard time because they didn't have the original packaging. So because of that warning I have stored my packing away along with my original receipt. You can never be too careful....

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

This only cost $20 and since replacing it would cost a lot more than the original price of my open-box, on-sale TV, I figured it was worth it. I don't usually add this type of insurance, but for an open box TV, it seemed reasonable. I would recommend this to someone who also got an open box or a refurbished TV to be on the safe side!
