    It is a great price for two years of service to protect my TV. My only complaint would be that if you have an issue with a TV the wait time can be up to 4 weeks. For me living in a small place and having only one TV this is an issue.

    Always buy the protection plan when you buy something. I bought some 150$ Headphones for my pc last year. They ended up breaking and not working. I still had the protection plan on it so they replaced it and cause the price went down they gave me a gift card with the remaining balance. Really worth your money to buy the protection.

    This 5 year warranty was inexpensive protection for a tcl tv that I didn’t know much about. It will save me a lot of worry now that I have it.

    I purchased this geek squad 2-year Standard Protection to complement my Samsung TV to save me some money on the service of my Smart TV , guess what I haven't had a need to use it yet great TV , but it's nice to have the insurance ,very satisfied

    I always purchase the service when Buying a TV. I have purchased Geek Squad 2 times. Used it twice and have been over all happy with the service. They replaced a prior TV. Repaired another TV. The parts and labor were almost as much as the tv itself.

    Warranty is worth getting when it comes to owning electronic devices from any store. We had a 55" Tv that after four years went out and quit working. Since we had the extra warranty on it Best Buy gave us a new Tv upgrade from what we had.

    I purchased this to make sure if I had any issues that it would be repaired quickly. Never had to use it except on the occasional xBox Controller. This was purchased for a TV which is always good to have.

    The only thing that I say is bad is I purchased only for 2 years I would always do t he 5 year plan because it is safer to be protected and have your mind at ease if anything should go wrong with your product you know it will be fix! Great Service!

    Paid off when my 60” Visio television broke

    Purchased 5 year warranty that was to expire in Dec 2020 when we bought our Visio television in 2015 and we started having trouble with other and the company sent by the Geek Squad couldn’t fix it we got a 65” Visio and repurchased a new warranty on the new tv

    **THE PROTECTION PLAN IS A SCAM**

    I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

    I have had two large tvs break and been fortunate enough to have the geek squad protection. In one case the tv could not be fixed so I got what I spent for a new tv. In the other case they were able to fix it. I would give it 5 stars except that in both cases it took over a month to get the service. That is way too long.

    After almost 2 years, my 49' TCL TV, tilted up. Took the TV to the store and after a week they gave me the credit of the total cost of the TV because it was definately gone. I just used the credit for a new 50' TCL TV and took the 5 year guarantee. They are the best.
