I like this Greek squad they handle my problems every time.

I haven't had to use it yet but am happy to know that I won't have to lug my 65" TV in for repair if needed. Best buy will come to my place! I like the fact that power surges are covered.

I would always recommend purchasing a warranty when buying anything that is electronic such as a television, surround sound system. This warranty is the protection when you Ned it.

I purchased the protection plan for my new TV. I used the old protection plan for the old TV. Best Buy gave me credit for the broken TV and I was able to purchased a new one.

Their protection plan is great so whatever you purchase an expensive product I recommend you get it. Get home and use tour new toy like there is no tomorrow and get you money’s worth

I plan on keeping the Samsung 40" TV I purchased for many years and realize that most electronic equipment problems occur in the first 2 years of active life. I will be covered for that period and I do know that the GEEK SQUAD will have my back.

Luckily we haven't had to call them for help. We got the greatest insurance for extra protection

I do buy protection for all my entertainment equipment from Best Buy, you never know when and what may happen. The service for the 2 year protection contract is "just being prepared", in case the unknown occurs. I was so relieved when my PC had virus and the GEEk Squad fixed it up a couple of years ago. The service is at an affordable price too!

Overall they can help with minor or not complex things but aren’t too good at complicated things. They are good to help walk you thru the things they do know.

Was simple decisions to add protection on tv. Don't know if will need, ever, we see. Had protection on a tv (plasma) a couple of years ago. Geed squad replaced with great speed, I just had to pick new TV they try very hard to make it right

Protecting your purchase is what counts, it really does help

Tv works great-no issues-love streaming, the remote is easy to use-learned how to add and delete apps-helps the brain a lot to learn new things

We haven't had to use Geek Squad on the particular device we purchase the plan for, but I think the extra protection is great to have on expensive items. We have benefited in the past.

Good price for the protection and peace of mind. I haven’t had to use it yet but my past experiences have always been great, I will definitely purchase the plan for anything long term I buy.
