I will be taking my TV in for service today to figure out what the solid light issue is.

The Geek Squad service agreements are the best. If they can't fix it, you can credit to buy something else. They have always been very professional, helpful and understanding when I needed help.

For my first Oled tv I wanted to get the protection plan to cover myself. Just in case. I like having peace of mind. Best buy is the only place that covers burn in.

I've had several scenarios where an item I bought conked out a year and a half after purchase. They were able to just go ahead and swap it out and or give me store credit for what I paid, if they didn't have it in stock.

Very helpful and useful for any electronics will help out with any issues you may have.

It’s a decent TV for the price paid. Has a lot of features to learn and familiarize. Maximum volume could be louder. Would invest in a sound bar for entertaining.

Great people that honor there warranty, anytime anythings messed up they've fixed it no problems.

Haven't had to use this service (thank God), but is worth the price. Be sure to check the item you buy it with does not already have a warranty! Best Buy loves to sucker you into this when you don't even need it on certain items.

I had a TV that went out and I needed to get it replaced. I called geek squad and they came out and replaced my TV for me so I do recommend getting a protection plan.

I really don’t want to pay a lot of money later on when something that could have been protected with a little bit of money with the purchase up front

Just not long enough, seems like we should have went with the 5 year plan and all would have been okay
